in for the thrill: story of me being adopted

kayeangelo:

only my close friends know i’m adopted.

my mom told me, one day in front of my old house, there was this lady who was holding a baby, it was me, and she had told her that she couldn’t take care of me. my mom speculated that she wasn’t wealthy and was from a poor neighborhood. she doesn’t know who that dad is. the lady told her to take good care of me and my mom accepted the offer.

there was no papers of adoption. that lady just gave me up. just gave me to some random stranger who is my mom and left.

just when someone gives up on you, remember that there’s always someone there to step in and care.
